Memories of Fakra - Arak, Lebanon Recipe
Chef's Note
Be careful with this drink: it can make the columns of Fakra dance and make its ruins swirl!
Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 cocktails
- 1 measure Fakra Arak
- 3 measures of scotch whisky
- 2 measures of lemon juice
- A little sugar
- Club soda as desired
Method
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add the scotch, lemon juice, sugar and arak. Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Strain into cocktail glasses and fill with soda.
