Menton Lemon Cocktail Recipe

This is a Mediterranean cocktail with the zing of Menton lemons and the sweetness of Italian amaretto.
For this recipe, I've prepared my lemons with tropical flavors.
An original recipe from Olivier Richard of the Elysée Palace in Nice.
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) Lemon, candied with cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa bean
- 30 ml (1 oz.) dark rum
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) Amaretto
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients with ice;
- strain into cocktail glasses; garnish with a slice of lemon and a lemon leaf, if you have one.
