Mexican Coffee Recipe
Chef's Note
Tip
To pour a hot liquid into a glass, first place a spoon in the glass then pour the liquid over the spoon in order to prevent the glass from cracking.
Ingredients
Per glass
- 250 ml (1 cup) coffee
- 1/2 measure tequila
- 1/2 measure Kahlua
- 1/2 measure brandy
- 1/2 measure Rompope, a Mexican liqueur or 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Whipped cream
Method
- Place the liquors into the glass; add the coffee;
- top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
