To color your holiday and New Year's Eve celebrations fuschia, Shuken recommends serving guests the Perrier-Jouët To The World Champagne Cocktail. When served in a martini glass garnished with raspberry rimmer it is a colorful and trendy, yet sophisticated, party favorite.

- 1 oz. champagne
- 3/4 oz. Sour Puss sour raspberry
- 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
- 3 oz. Guava juice
Method
- Blend the ingredients together with a cup of crushed ice.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
