- [polenta]
- [béchamel sauce]
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. butter
- grated Parmesan
Method
  1. Alternate in a baking dish:
    • a layer of sliced polenta
    • a layer of béchamel sauce flavored with nutmeg
    • a layer of mushrooms sautéed in butter
  2. repeat the layering;
  3. sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in a 180° C (350° F) oven for 25-30 minutes; serve hot.
