- [béchamel sauce]
- Mushrooms
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. butter
- grated Parmesan
Method
- Alternate in a baking dish:
- a layer of sliced polenta
- a layer of béchamel sauce flavored with nutmeg
- a layer of mushrooms sautéed in butter
- repeat the layering;
- sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in a 180° C (350° F) oven for 25-30 minutes; serve hot.
