Potato salad - south-Africa style

- 6 potatoes with skin
- 185 ml mayonnaise
- 5 ml / 1 Tsp. french Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 15 ml / 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- , fnely chopped
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
  2. Drain. Peel them while warm, and cut them into slices or dices.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, mustard and mayonnaise.
  4. Add the potatoes when they are still warm. Mix.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
  6. Chill before serving.
