Ingredients
- Tomatoes, halved
- Oil
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs per tomato
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic
Method
  1. insert some slivers of garlic into the tomatoes;
  2. cook the tomato in hot oil, placing the cut side down in the pan, until the tomato is cooked and lightly browned;
  3. cover with breadcrumbs and place under the broiler for a few moments (optional).
