Quick Pizza - basic crust
Total time: 30 to 60 minutes

Cooking time: Very fast (under 30 minutes)

For 4-6 servings

- 500 ml (2 cups) flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) cold water
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oïl
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- A pinch of salt
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix quickly with a fork or by hand until the dough forms a ball; 
  2. place the dough on an oiled pizza pan; sprinkle with a little flour to prevent it from sticking to your fingers; spread the dough out with your fingers, pressing it towards the edges;
  3. top as desired; sprinkle with a little olive oil and let rest for 5 minutes; 
  4. bake in a 200° C (400° F) oven for 20 minutes; serve hot. 


Frutti di mare: Tomatoes, clams, mussels, shellfish, olive oil, parsley, oregano 

Margherita: tomatoes, mozzarella, salt, olive oil and basil 

Napolitana: tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, oregano, salt, olive oil

Quatro Stagioni (four season): cooked ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, mozzarella, anchovies, black olives, artichoke hearts, oregano, basil, cooked eggplant in oil and capers
