Raclette - Honey, Mustard, Ham and Raspberries Recipe

Ingredients
For 8-10 servings
- 2 slices of ham, 1 cm (1/2 in.) thick, about 350 g (12 oz.)
- 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 150 g (5 oz.) (raspberries)
- 200-250 g (7-8 oz.) Swiss Raclette cheese, sliced
Method
- Cut the ham into 1 cm (1/2") dice;
- Combine it with the mustard, honey and garlic; cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator;
- Divide the diced ham and raspberries among raclette dishes; cover with raclette cheese and melt.
