Ravioli Dough Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 200 g (7 oz.) flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. milk

Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the ravioli dough on a floured work surface; knead lightly;
- divide the dough in half; roll out with a rolling pin and cut into even strips;
- place half the strips on a floured surface; top with 28 small mounds of filling; cover with the remaining pasta strips; cut out the ravioli, pressing the edges together to seal;
- cook in boiling water; remove when they rise to the surface; drain;
- serve as directed in the recipe.
