Roasted brazilian flavoured almonds Recipe

Ingredients
For 17 portions of 2 Tbsp./ approx. 23 almonds
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 500 ml / 2 cupsalmonds
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 Tsp. paprika
- 1/2 Tsp.cumin
- 1/2 Tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne
- 1/4 Tsp. allspice
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the almonds and mix well with the oil and lime juice
- Cook for about 5 minutes to medium-high heat.
- Add the spices and mix everything so the spices cover all the almonds. Let grill for about 5-10 minutes until the almonds are dark roasted.
