Rum with Hot Tea Recipe

Chef's Note
Tip
To pour a hot liquid into a glass, first place a spoon in the glass then pour the liquid over the spoon in order to prevent the glass from cracking.
Ingredients
Per glass
- 250 ml (1 cup) very hot English tea
- 1 measure rum
- Sugar to taste
- A big strip of lemon zest
Method
- Pour everything into a glass or cup and serve immediately.
