Store in a dry cool place; consume quickly.

For about 30 rum balls

- 180 g (6 oz.) ground Nuts
- 150 g (5 oz.) icing sugar (about 1 1/3 cup)
- 80 g (3 oz.) grated dark chocolate
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. rum
- For decorating: chocolate sprinkles
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate sprinkles, to form a workable dough.
  2. Let rest in the refrigerator one hour. Lightly moisten your hands; form the dough into small balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.
