Sea Bream Curry Recipe

Prepared curry sauce can be purchased in a jar. However, if you prefer to make it yourself, here are its components: tomatoes, onions, red peppers, raisins, coconut milk, curry...
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 800 g (1 lb. 12 oz.) Sea Bream fillets
- 400 g (14 oz.) curry sauce
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. coriander seed
- 4 sprigs of cilantro
- 3 tbsp. nuoc mam
- Pepper
Method
- Peel and cut the onions into thin wedges.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Peel the tomatoes after first blanching them in boiling water for a few moments.
- Chop the tomato flesh.
- Coarsely crush the coriander seed.
- Rinse the sea bream fillets and cut into pieces.
- In a wok or sauté pan, heat the oil then sauté the onions and garlic.
- Add the coriander seed, the curry sauce, pepper and nuoc mam; mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
- Place the diced tomato and sea bream pieces gently on top; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- At the last minute, add the cilantro leaves. Serve hot with rice.
