Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette Recipe

Serve this vinaigrette with poultry, cold pasta, assertively-flavored fish or salad greens with character (such as romaine) to give them a touch of the sunny south.
- 250 ml (1 cup) oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) balsamic vinegar
- 3 sundried Tomatoes, in oil
- A few basil leaves
- 1/2 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender to form a smooth dressing.
