Eggs Cooked in Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
Method
- Wash the tomatoes, slice off a "lid" and hollow them out.
- Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook in a preheated 200° C (400° F) oven for 3 minutes.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Place a spoonful of cream into each.
- Break an egg into each tomato and return to the 200° C (400° F) oven.
- Cook until the egg whites are set.
Serve immediately.
