Eggs Cooked in Tomatoes

Difficulty: Easy
For 4 servings

- 4 large tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp. cream
- a few sprigs of dill
- cayenne pepper
- salt
  1. Wash the tomatoes, slice off a "lid" and hollow them out.
  2. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook in a preheated 200° C (400° F) oven for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Place a spoonful of cream into each.
  4. Break an egg into each tomato and return to the 200° C (400° F) oven.
  5. Cook until the egg whites are set.

Serve immediately.
