Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 firm ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 200 g (7 oz.) Feta
- Black olives
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Marjoram
- Salt and pepper
Method
  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion and pepper in a bowl;
  2. pour on the oil, season with salt and pepper and toss well;
  3. top with cubes of feta and olives; sprinkle with marjoram.
