Chef's Note

A simple but delicious recipe.

Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 200 g (7 oz.) plain tuna
- 50 g (3 tbsp.) butter
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper
Method
  1. Crush the tuna with a fork. Combine with the chopped chives.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork. Mix in the tuna-chive mixture.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Cook the omelet. Roll it up and serve very moist.
