Apricot-Glazed Roasted Turkey Breast

Chef's Note

Basted with a delicious glaze made using Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves, this turkey breast bakes to a beautiful golden brown and is the perfect serving size for a smaller gathering this Thanksgiving.

Ingredients
- 85 ml / ⅓ cup Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves
- 1,5 kilo / 3 lb boneless turkey breast
- 85 ml / ⅓ cup butter (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. mixed fresh poultry herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme)
Method
  1. Set oven to 190 °C / 375 °F. Dry turkey breast and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Mix room temperature butter, Apricot Preserves, and herbs.
  3. Brush turkey breast with butter mixture.
  4. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours until internal temp reaches 85 °C / 170 °F.
  5. Brush with butter mixture every 30 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes, slice thickly, and serve.
