- 1 lime
- 40 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tequila
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) cointreau
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) orgeat syrup
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) lime juice
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) lemon juice
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) simple syrup
Method
  1. pour all the ingredients except the lime into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes; shake until well chilled; 
  2. place some ice cubes into a snifter; cut the lime in quarters and squeeze the juice over the ice cubes;
  3. strain the cocktail into the glass.
