Almond Milk and Yogurt Ice Cream Recipe

Chef's Note
This ice cream pairs wonderfully with Pannetone, a traditional Italian Christmas fruit cake
Ingredients
- 1 kg (1 quart) whole yogurt
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) almond milk
- 240 ml (1 cup) simple syrup
Method
- Mix the ingredients in a metal bowl;
- place in the freezer for several hours, then stir briskly and serve in ice cream bowls.
