Fritattensuppe - Consommé with Shredded Crêpes

For 4 servings

- 1 liter (4 cups) beef stock

For the crêpes
- 250 g (9 oz.) flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Oil
  1. Place 250 g of flour in a deep bowl and gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly.
  2. When the batter is smooth, mix in the 3 whole eggs and a little salt.
  3. In a pan greased with oil, cook the crêpes, making them quite thin.
  4. Cut into thin strips and add to beef bouillon.
