Chef's Note

In Colombia, this Salsa de aguacate is served with plantain chips or tacos.

You can add some onion to taste.

- 2 small avocados
- 45 ml / 7 Tsp. olive oil
- 60 ml / 4 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 or 2 drops of tabasco (optional)
- 60 ml / 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- 60 ml / 4 Tbsp.mayonnaise
- 30 ml / 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Peel and chopped the avocados.
  2. Place the avocados, oil and lime juice in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Tabasco, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Add the chopped cilantro and blend to mix.
