Bread Pudding with Orange Marmalade

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 750 ml (3 cups) cubed Bread
- 750 ml (3 cups) hot milk
- 200 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp. orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp. grated lemon zest
- A good spoonful of butter
  1. Heat the milk with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved;
  2. off the heat, whisk the eggs into the milk; add the marmalade;
  3. place the bread into a baking dish; pour the milk over top and soak the bread thoroughly;
  4. dot the top with butter; bake in a 180° C (350° F) oven for 1 hour.
