Cherry Tomatoes for Hors d'oeuvre Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
- 12 cherry Tomatoes
- 100 ml (6 tbsp.) whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 slice of smoked salmon or ham
Method
- Place the tomatoes on a work surface.
- Cut off little "hats" with a sharp knife.
- Whip the cream until firm, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped salmon or ham to the cream along with the chopped chives.
- With a small spoon, place a little of the cream mixture on top of the tomato and cover with its "hat."
