 A quick look at chicory
100% natural, with many benefits, chicory is a healthy balanced drink: a wellness alternative to reduce your caffeine intake.
Available in granules, ground and soluble, here chicory finds its way into your recipes in liquid form.

The little extra: chicory adds a nice golden caramel color to pancakes.

For 20 pancakes

- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml / 4/5 cup milk
- 50 ml / 1/5 cup Leroux® liquid chicory
- 100 ml / 2/5 cup oil
- 185 g white flour
  1.  In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugars.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Pour in the oil, milk and liquid chicory.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Cook the pancakes in a skillet on medium heat. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake and cook a few minutes longer on the other side.
