Exotic Fruit Cocktail Recipe
For 4 servings
- 80 g (3 oz.) sliced pineapple
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
- 4 splashes of grenadine
- 8 ice cubes
- Place the pineapple, banana, coconut milk and orange juice in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is well crushed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
