Country-style sandwich - emmental, roast beef, fresh white cheese Recipe

Ingredients
Per serving
- 3 emmental slices
- 30 ml / 2 Tbsp. fresh white cheese / fromage blanc
- 2 ml / 1/2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 3 cooked roastbeef slices
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 hard-boiled egg
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 individual country-style bread
Method
- Combine the white cheese with the mustard.
- Spread the baguette with the mixture.
- Place the red onion, lettuce, roast beef and Emmental on top. Finish with the hard-boiled egg.
