Cranberry pudding - Spanguolių drebučiai

- 500 ml / 2 cups cranberries + a few ones to garnish
- 250 ml / 1 cup sugar
- 250 ml / 1 cup potato starch
- 2 cinnamon pieces
- 4 cloves
  1. In a saucepan, place cranberries, cinnamon, cloves and enough water to cover.
  2. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until all the berries have burst.
  3. Remove from heat, put everything through food blender. There should be about 4 cups of juice and pulp.
  4. Return juice and pulp to saucepan, add sugar.
  5. Dissolve starch in cold cranberry juice and add to pulp and juice.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Heat until the mixture becomes clear.
  7. Pour into a greased ring mold - You can use holiday shapes – star mold is the most representative. Refrigerate, decorate with whole cranberries.
