Crêpe bouquet with intense jam swirls Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
Crêpes
- 130 g flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml / 1-1/5 cup milk
Garnishes
- 2 Tbsp. Strawberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Apricot Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Blueberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Raspberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour, rum, salt and eggs.
- Gradually mix in the milk.
- Finally, add the melted butter. If any lumps remain, liquefy the batter with an immersion blender.
- Cook the crêpes in a crêpe pan.
- Plan the crêpes on a work surface and brush with jam.
- Roll up and cut in half.
- Place the tightly rolled crêpes on a plate, alternating the colors, and tie a ribbon around them.
