Crêpe bouquet with intense jam swirls

For 4 servings

- 130 g flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml / 1-1/5 cup milk
- 2 Tsp. rum or 1 Tsp. vanilla extract

- 2 Tbsp. Strawberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Apricot Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Blueberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
- 2 Tbsp. Raspberry Intense Bonne Maman jam
  1.  In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour, rum, salt and eggs.
  2. Gradually mix in the milk.
  3. Finally, add the melted butter. If any lumps remain, liquefy the batter with an immersion blender.
  4. Cook the crêpes in a crêpe pan.
  5. Plan the crêpes on a work surface and brush with jam.
  6. Roll up and cut in half.
  7. Place the tightly rolled crêpes on a plate, alternating the colors, and tie a ribbon around them.
