Crostini with Olives and Mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of country Bread
- 250 g (9 oz.) fresh Mushrooms
- 50 g (2 oz.) pitted black Olives
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the mushrooms, chop finely and toss with lemon juice;
  2. heat 4 tbsp. olive oil in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms over high heat with the garlic;
  3. toast the slices of bread in a 180° C (350° F) oven;
  4. in a blender, mix the olives with the remaining oil to a creamy consistency; spread over the slices of bread; top with the mushrooms and serve.
