Duck Breast with Orange and Soy Sauce

Serve with Chinese noodles.

For 4 servings

- 3 duck breasts
- 400 ml (1 1/2 cups) orange juice
- 1 unsprayed orange
- 2 onions
- 4 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce
- 1 package egg noodles or noodle nests
  1. Trim some of the fat from the duck breasts. Slice the duck breasts.
  2. Combine the duck breast slices, orange juice and sweet soy sauce in a deep dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Slice an orange into rounds or cut into sections. Thinly slice the onion.
  4. Drain the duck breasts and reserve half the marinade.
  5. Cook the duck over high heat for 2 minutes. Set the duck aside and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Brown the onions in a little oil, add the orange and the reserved marinade; cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes and serve with the duck breast.
