Estoril Sol - Portugal - Vodka, Cointreau and Curaçao Recipe

As served poolside at the Estoril Sol Hotel in Portugal.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 cocktail
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) vodka
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) Cointreau
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) blue curaçao
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) cream
Method
- pour the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake; strain into a tall cocktail glass;
- garnish with a twist of lemon, a cherry and a mint leaf.
Another version
- for 1 cocktail
- 30 ml (1 oz.) rum
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) Pissang Ambon
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) blue curaçao
- 1 tbsp. cream
- 7-up
- put the first 4 ingredients into a glass with ice cubes; top up with 7-up;
- garnish with a lemon and orange twist, a cherry and a mint leaf.
