We recommend using small, firm-grain caviar such as red lumpfish or flying fish caviar (frequently used in sushi), available at all fish and seafood stores.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 150 g (5 oz.) smoked Trout
- 150 ml (10 tbsp.) Butter
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- A few drops of Tabasco
- 25 g (1 oz.) fish roe (optional)
- Chopped parsley (or substitute chives or chervil)
