Chef's Note

If you want edible ingredients to stick to other edible ingredients, you need food glue.

You don’t have to go to a specialty shop; you can quickly make it yourself with ingredients that you have at home.

- 2 egg whites
- 300 g / 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- lemon juice
  1. Whip the egg whites with the icing sugar.
  2. Once you have formed a white mixture with the texture of liquid glue, add a little lemon juice.
  3. Using a pastry brush or knife, spread the glue directly onto the foods to be glued.
