- 500 g (18 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) Semolina
  1. Bring the water to a boil and stir in the sugar until dissolved. When it returns to a boil, slowly add in the semolina, mixing well.
  2. Once the mixture returns to a boil, slowly add in the shredded mozzarella, stirring constantly until all the cheese has been added and is completely melted.
  3. Spread the mixture into a dish and let cool. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
