Ms. Shaken recommends welcoming your guests with a sparkling wine cocktail. Made from sparkling wine, crème de banane, curaçao, lemonade and strawberries, this chartreuse-colored drink is a perfect welcome, served on a platter decorated with fresh cranberries. Your company will be in a festive mood from the moment they arrive.

Ingredients
- 3/4 measure sparkling wine
- 1/3 measure crème de banane
- 1/2 measure blue curaçao
- 3 measures lemonade
- 1 fresh strawberries, quartered and shaken with the mixture
Method
- place in the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a little ice;
- mix well; strain into cocktail glasses.
