Method
  1. place the cheese in a small saucepan with a few drops of water; melt over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon;
  2. with wet hands, form the cheese into small balls; flatten them slightly and place on a kitchen towel; let rest 2 hours;
  3. prepare the dough; combine the flour and oil, adding a little salted water; work until the dough is smooth and elastic;
  4. roll out the dough; cut out small discs about 10 cm (4") in diameter using a cookie cutter or a glass;
  5. place one small ball of cheese in the center of each disc; top with another pasta disc and seal the edges together;
  6. fry in hot oil, turning occasionally; remove when nicely golden brown;
  7. dip each sebada in hot honey and serve immediately.
