Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 country-style baguettes
- 70 g (5 tbsp.) butter
- 16 slices of pure pork Dry Sausage
- Crushed hazelnuts
- Lettuce leaves
- Apple slices
Method
  1. Split open the baguettes without completely separating them; cut in half diagonally across the middle;
  2. butter the inside surfaces;
  3. arrange the sliced sausage in the baguette; garnish with hazelnuts, lettuce leaves and apple slices.
