Juices are an easy and refreshing way to increase our intake of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Doctors and nutritionists recommend we eat 5 to 6 serves of fresh fruit and vegetables each day. Just 2 glasses of juice deliver all these vital nutrients.
Juices are the perfect energy booster during active season (Back to school, holidays...).
The combination of apple, orange and carrot helps prevent also cough and flu. It’s rich in vitamin A, C and B.
Ingredients
By glass
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 apple
- 1/2 carrot
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Method
1. Process all ingredients through a Juice extractor.
2. Add ice cubes to glass. Sweet with honey. Serve immediately.
