Honey-Glazed Chicken

- 1.5 kg (3 lb.) frying Chicken, cut into pieces
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) honey
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken; add the chicken and marinate for about 30 minutes;
  2. cook on a grill set about 15 cm above the coals, brushing the chicken occasionally with the marinade;
  3. allow about 20 to 30 minutes for each side depending on the thickness of the pieces, keeping in mind that chicken cooked on the bone always takes longer to cook than boneless breasts.
