Ingredients
- 250-500 ml (1-2 cups) hot cider
- 1 measure white or amber rum
- 4 cloves
- 2 thin slices of lemon
Method
- Heat the cider in a saucepan or in the microwave without boiling;
- stick the cloves into the lemon slices; place in a pottery mug or deep glass;
- pour in the hot cider and serve immediately.
