Ingredients
- 250-500 ml (1-2 cups) boiling water
- 1 measure white or amber rum
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- A big strip of orange zest
Method
- Place the sugar and orange zest into a beer mug or glass;
- pour in the rum, then the boiling water and serve immediately.
