Chef's Note
If you're not familiar with sesame oil, it's an oil with a very distinctive flavor that is used sparingly to impart a unique character to Asian dishes. There is no real substitute.

- 2 Kiwis, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. toasted Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
- 2 tsp. soy or vegetable oil
