Lady Coeur = Lady Heart

As every year, the International Cognac Summit ended with the creation of a new cocktail. The Lady Coeur (orange, cinnamon and pink vermouth) has honoured women on its 5th edition.

A recipe idea to keep in mind for a romantic evening for two!

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a champagne coupe.
2. Top up with champagne.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Garnish with an orange zest.
