Lime and Tequila Sorbet Recipe
Total time: more than 2 hours
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: At least 2 hours
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 100 ml (6 tbsp.) lime juice
- 50 ml (3 tbsp.) tequila
Method
- Make a syrup by boiling together the water, sugar and lime juice; let cool.
- Mix in the tequila.
- Place in a sorbet maker or pour into a mold and place in the freezer to set.
