Mango and orange blossom smoothie Recipe

- 1 mango
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 15 ml / 1 Tbsp. orange blossom water
- 15 ml / 1 Tbsp. honey
- Peel and dice the mango.
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Purée until smooth.
- Whisk few seconds for a fluffy texture.
- Serve cold, with or without ice.
