Coconut Milkshake Recipe

For 4 servings
- 800 ml (3 1/4 cups) coconut milk
- 500 ml (2 cups) passion fruit or mango ice cream
- Place the coconut milk and ice cream into a blender and blend to a foamy liquid.
- Pour the milkshake into tall glasses and serve immediately.
